  the game I wanted to like

  Pros: 1. interesting and engaging storyline
  2. great game concept
  3. many class- and combat customizations
  4. good characterizations
  5. unique combat controls

  Cons: 1. you need to adjust the camera angle yourself all the time
  2. unskippable 30-sec cutscene each time you die (you die a lot)
  3. useless AI teammates
  4. your armory weakens after each death (you die a lot)
  5. unique combat controls

  Summary: This is the game that I really wanted to like because the combination of Norse religion and Science-Fiction is fantastic.
  Your character is the Norse God Baldur, your mission is to save humanity from super-machines called 'Children of Ymir'.
  I thought the storyline was solid, it is interesting and engaging. You meet all the major characters from Norse religion in the game, each has his/her own personality. Your own character Baldur is also given a good characterization.
  
  What ruined my experience completely was the unskippable 30-second cutscene, this quickly becomes infuriating because you die a lot in this game, Too Human is a difficult game. This single element of the game made me so angry I could not even finish the game. I have never been so close to physically destroying a game in my life and I'm of the NES generation.
