Pros: Nice graphics and fighting animations and some very nifty gameplay. Nice updates on things like the light cycles
Cons: It's offputting when Flynn sounds almost, but not quite, like himself. It's annoying when the controls run you straight up a wall rather than along it. It's worse when the auto-trail leads to death or a jump is counterintuitive as many are.

Summary: I really wanted to like this, and it's certainly pretty and has its other attractions (some of the combos and wall-running tricks are really quite nice) but on the whole I think I'd rather be Alex Mercer; at least that game allowed me to go where I wanted (with some limitations) rather than hem me in with arbitrary and counter-intuitive camera shifts which (on at least 3 occasions) were the direct cause of "death" simply because the intuitive movement of the mouse toward the intended "forward" direction ended up pointing me straight at a chasm rather than over or beside it. The targeting system is also a little counterintuitive and very unforgiving in some situations; several times I had my character apparently facing an opponent or target but without being able to affect it, and on far more frequent occasions was completely unable to change the target of a parry. Also, the plotting is highly predictable - though in Disney's defense it's fairly tough to come up with a truly novel game plot these days.
The main mitigation of the counterintuitive camera lurching is the frequent checkpoint setting, but in honesty I'd have preferred better camera angles, the ability to change a straight-up-the-wall run to a lateral run and fewer checkpoints (which would also have made it a longer game without significant additional effort).
I wasn't entirely impressed, but still, fans of the original movie will probably enjoy their 6-12 hours of gameplay.
