I really like the workout

Pros: you dont have to go anywhere and can still get a really good workout- really good for sick days
Cons: I really really like my zumba instructor where I go- I wouldn't just use this but I can see its benefits and like that I have added it to my routine

Cons: You miss out on the fun group atmosphere of Zumba with other people
