  Mediocre at best.

  Pros: Fun to see/drive the characters in CARS, fun to hear their voices.

  Cons: Gameplay, collision detection, etc.

  Summary: We loved the CARS movie, and when I went looking for a racing game for XBOX and I found this, I thought, "This is looks great!"
  What a let-down. We ended up running each race about 2 times, after which the game already felt repetative.
  The controlls were odd. (Why use a button for 'accelerate' when your controller has a trigger that allows you to apply gas somwhere in between 'none' and 'full'?)
  I started a mission and ended up ignoring it (it seemed unusually difficult to find the required items), and had fun for 5 minutes running into things/cars at high speed.
  Collision detection was a real problem as well. I could back up into/through Mack the truck. I twice ran into a car at such a high speed that we just went straight through, no collision at all! Once I was pushing a car around, and it ended up going straight through a wall, never to be seen again!
  My overall impression was that this game was buggy attempt to capitalize on the CARS movie. Don't waste your time or money unless you absolutely HAVE to own everything that has anything to do with the movie.
